This policy covers eremostinyhomes.com, the website of Eremos Construction in American Fork, Utah. Eremos Decks, the sister company, has its own website and its own policy.

What you type into the form reaches Eremos Construction as an email and is used to answer you about a build: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the model you are asking about, where it is going, and your message.

It is not sold, not added to a mailing list, and not passed to anybody outside the company.

The form also says whether you arrived from a link that carried campaign tags, such as an advertisement, so we can tell which ones bring enquiries. It sends nothing else about you beyond what you typed.

The site counts page views so we know which models people look at. A count records the page, the country, whether the visit came from a phone or a computer, the site that linked to it, and any campaign tags on the address. It cannot identify you, and a reload simply counts twice.

Two small notes are kept in your browser's session storage while the tab is open: one saying this visit has already been counted, and one holding those campaign tags. Your browser deletes both when you close the tab.

This site sets no cookies for visitors and shows no consent banner, because it has nothing to ask consent for. The only cookie it ever sets belongs to the owners' sign in to their own back office.

The site is built and looked after by Pineland Technologies and hosted by Vercel in the United States. Enquiry emails are sent through Resend. Pineland can see the same enquiries and visitor counts in the course of looking after the site.

If what the site records changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top says when.
