These are renderings
Not photographs of finished units. It matters enough to have its own page.
Every picture on this site is a rendering: a drawing made from the plans, showing what a model looks like when it is built. None of them is a photograph of a unit that exists, and every one of them is labelled on the page it appears on.
The floor plans are the real plans. The dimensions, the room sizes, the sleeping counts and the prices are all taken from the specification for each model, not from the renderings.
We would rather say this on its own page than let somebody work it out later. If you want to see a finished unit before you buy one, ask: call (801) 403-0462 and we will tell you what is currently standing and where.
As units are finished and photographed, the photographs replace the renderings here, one at a time.
Tell us where it is going
Tell us the model you like, what you would change, and what your city has told you about building on the lot. We will come back with a drawing and a written price. Homes start at $62,500.
